Mai Ca Phe, 82/38 Thanh Thai, Ward 12, District 10 (Thanh Thai branch only): a friends' café opened summer 2021, self-designed at ~80m² — a hand-lettered 'mai ca phe nhe!' wall, a ladder bookshelf for community contributions, a photo-collage wall, a brown iron gate, rattan courtyard chairs, an open bar and a handwritten pastry case. Open 08:00–21:30 daily. Drink prices from the café's own GrabFood screenshots — labeled 'app prices'; pastries priced at the counter.
