Sole Saigon, 8 Nguyen Tieu La, Dien Hong: a minimalist Korean-style coffee & tea house in the heart of District 10 — cream walls, a sunlight-filtering fabric ceiling, warm wooden tables. The signature is the yellow spiral staircase right at the entrance, the must-try backdrop of every review; inside is a courtyard, white chairs, glass-block walls and greenery. The café takes drinks seriously: ten fruit teas, a dedicated matcha/chocolate section, and cold brew from Ethiopian beans roasted in-house with no flavoring.
