Story

A home bakery, not a patisserie

Soft sponge, tied boxes, honest daylight

Beo Bakery is a small home-style bakery in District 1 built around soft, homemade sponge cake.

The only interior still shows a compact white counter shop — white counter with till, white chairs and a small round table, open shelving at the side. No café lounge, no dining room: a working counter.

The charm is imperfection, kept on purpose: hand-piped messages, uneven cheese wedges, pork floss by the handful. The design must not over-polish the cakes into a French patisserie.

Boxes are the shop's rhythm — clear boxes in rows, tied with twine, for office tea breaks and family occasions, packed and tied by hand.
