Don't like it, don't pay it
Decide after the first few bites — that is how much the shop trusts its bread.
Story
CHARM BAKERY · SINCE 2016
Since 2016, a small bakery on Lê Thị Riêng has kept one simple promise: the bread must be fresh, hot and crispy — or you don't pay.
Charm Bakery opened in 2016, right in District 1, a few doors down from the street's most famous bánh mì shop. While the queue stretches next door, this side is a small quiet room: wood tables, a brick wall, shelves of plants and a lit bread case.
The promise on the wall speaks for the owners: 'If you don't like, you don't pay. After the first few bites, if you don't like the sandwich, please let us know and return it.' The same poster promises a thank-you gift for every customer: the lucky charm bracelet.
Everything here revolves around the counter: freshly baked bread, sandwiches made in front of you, fresh juices and iced coffee. Regulars repeat the same three things: crispy bread, generous fillings and a clean room — plus the smile of the people serving.

Decide after the first few bites — that is how much the shop trusts its bread.
Every customer receives a bracelet as a thank-you gift — for a happy life, luck in business and a healthy family.
Nothing made in bulk ahead: bread freshly baked, fillings added when you order.
