Visiting tips
- Arrive before 8am — The stall sells 6am till about 10 when it's gone — after 9 you may find only plain rice left.
- Flat-rate 20k — a 2018 quote — The owner quoted 2018: rib rice and skin-and-loaf rice both 20k. Saigon Times 2023 noted "from 23,000₫" — prices may have risen; confirm at the stall.
- Ask about the trays — Grilled ribs, pork skin, loaf, braised egg, meatballs, fried egg, onion-fried egg have no listed prices — ask Mr Le at the stall.
- Sit by the canal — Breakfast on plastic stools by the Hoang Sa canal — come early for the best seats and the morning canal view.
