The story

A library for slow drinkers

On busy Mac Thi Buoi, Firkin keeps a dark, quiet room — where whisky is read like a book, one chapter at a time.

Chapter 01

A bookshelf of bottles

More than 250 whiskies line the wall behind the bar like books in a library — each bottle a region, a distillery, a story. Regulars have their own favourite chapters, and the bartenders remember them all.

Chapter 02

The chandelier light

The chandelier at the room’s centre holds the light at a low amber — the walnut reads darker, the brass warmer, and every conversation softens on its own. Firkin plays no loud music; the room is full enough by itself.

Chapter 03

A seat at the counter

The leather seats at the counter are the most wanted in the house — closest to the shelf, closest to the bartender. This is where serious whisky drinkers sit: watching the pour, asking questions, staying longer than planned.
