A whisky bar built around an irori hearth — single-cask Chichibu, head bartender Nhut's signatures, and piano running late.
The irori
An irori is Japan's traditional sunken hearth — the place a house gathers around. House of Irori builds its room on that image: a warm counter, whisky poured from single casks, and music that never hurries.

The irori hearth is the room's centre, with the piano beside it. Evenings start slowly: sit down, warm up, let the room set the pace.
Across from the hearth is the whisky bar: single-cask Chichibu is the house pride, poured by head bartender Nhut and his team.
