Kim's is a late-night crab house: crab noodle soup loaded with claws, crab fried rice, glass noodles with crab — open at lunch, then again in the evening till 1 AM.

The main event is bánh canh cua: thick broth, crab claws, shrimp, crab cake, fish cake, quẩy — ordered by topping, from pork to crab meat and the special.

The restaurant runs two shifts daily: lunch 13:00–15:30 and evening 18:00–01:00 — a true late-night address in District 1.

Kim's is the brand of Rachel & Thu Quach — the 2022 sign reads 'KIM'S by Rachel & Thu Quach', the 2026 graphics read '2026 Premium KIMSS'. The restaurant identifies as women-owned and LGBTQ+ friendly.
