MANA takes its name from manna — food from heaven. The restaurant's motto: 'Every day, a wholesome meal'.

The sun-yellow room with black-and-white tile and old-Saigon photos is a familiar seat for District 1 guests — bún chả at lunch, cơm tấm in the afternoon, phở at night.

The menu travels all three regions: Hanoi bún chả, central mì quảng, southern bún riêu and cơm tấm — one kitchen, one standard.

MANA's kitchen keeps three promises: never turn the fire off early, never skimp on ingredients, never compromise — so every day has a wholesome meal.
