Chapter 01
Jimmy Nguyen made his mark at Drinking & Healing and won the Mathieu Teisseire Flavour Masters Vietnam 2024. RAW + Atelier is the next step: a room of his own, named by DrinkCollectiv among Vietnam's Best New Bars 2026.
Chapter 02
The wabi-sabi here is not a paint job: raw surfaces, materials left as they are, beauty in the imperfection. Three spaces in one — coffee room, bar and Room No.5 — share that material language.
Chapter 03
Few District 1 rooms run 08:00 to 02:00. The two-shift rhythm — morning coffee, night cocktails — gives RAW + Atelier two different crowds in one room, and both have a reason to come back.
