Our story

A Vietnamese noodle house, in a woody room

Rice Viet does not chase fussiness — the kitchen cooks familiar Vietnamese noodle bowls, served in a warm dark-wood room where the room's materials are also the table's.

Phở, bún bò Huế, bún chả Hà Nội — familiar names, cooked rustically, priced midrange (100,000–150,000₫). Nothing showy: broth, noodles, herbs and grilled meat make the bowl.

The room tells the rest of the story: bamboo ceilings, dark wood tables and chairs with cream cushions, dark textured walls, warm pendants and leaf screens filtering the sun. Even the plating speaks the same language — bamboo on the table, like bamboo on the ceiling.

A noodle house first

Under the curved ceiling and string lights, the curved slat counter with blue floral stools is the room's happiest seat.
