SUGAR Bakery is a bakery on Mac Thi Buoi, District 1 — a marble counter, a teal parlour, and bakes laid out every day.

From the street: a white-tiled storefront with the teal “sugar” sign, number 100, and an hours board on the door.

Inside: a marble counter under black menu boards, then the teal parlour with a brass chandelier and leather banquettes.

On the counter: cannelés, fruit-shaped mousse cakes, almond and chocolate croissants — with palm-sugar iced lattes.
