A Saigon banquet house
Twenty years of birthdays, first birthdays, year-end parties and weddings — Việt Phố grew up with the city's gatherings.
Our story
No. 1 seafood house — 20 years in Saigon
Việt Phố opened to do one thing really well: host Saigon's gatherings — and let live seafood make the house's name.
For twenty years the name Việt Phố has meant long banquet tables: birthdays, first birthdays, company year-end parties, weddings, client hosting. A wide banquet room, tall teal-upholstered chairs, warm globe light — the room is dressed like a festival already in progress before guests arrive.
Seafood is why people come back. Lobster, king crab, grouper and abalone are kept live in the tanks and picked just before cooking — from salmon and golden flounder sashimi to lobster with artichoke sauce and tempura sweet snails.
Beyond the banquet rooms, Việt Phố also serves breakfast daily from 6:30 and takes outside catering — the same kitchen, from a quiet morning meal to a wedding table.

Twenty years of birthdays, first birthdays, year-end parties and weddings — Việt Phố grew up with the city's gatherings.
The house's positioning line — and its promise at every table: seafood must be live, abundant and memorable.
Lobster, king crab, grouper and abalone live in the tanks at the restaurant — guests pick, then the kitchen cooks, so seafood prices follow the day and are asked in store.
A large banquet room, private VIP rooms and outside catering — birthdays, first birthdays, year-end parties, weddings and client hosting all have a place.
