Bagel Brothers — the orange tile box

ORANGE TILE · NY-STYLE BAGELS · PHAM NGU LAO

i had a bagel at bagel brothers

Bagel Brothers is a New York-style bagel shop on Pham Ngu Lao, District 1.

From the street: an orange-tiled box with the round BAGEL BROTHERS sign, a small counter window, street trees and a teal building next door.

Step in: terrazzo floor, small white tables, orange metal chairs, an orange banquette, big orange pendant lamps, a glass case of plain bagels and a wall menu screen.

And the main is the bagel sandwich: a sesame bagel split and stacked with egg, bacon and melting cheese, with an iced drink in an orange cup — on the shop’s familiar orange tile.
