From the case come sourdough, sourdough pizza, banh mi and bagels — baked in shop, no preservatives.

The Nguyen Dinh Chieu shop is one of several Tartine shops in Saigon — the same belief in sourdough bread and simple food.

Seasonal dishes change with the in-shop poster — turkey, ham, chocolate brownies and pumpkin pie in the festive season.
