The garden in glass
A big glass wall opens onto the garden — indoors that feels outdoors, daylight by day, warm bulbs at night.

ZERO MEAT · FUSION VEGETARIAN · OASIS
In an alley between Lê Thị Hồng Gấm and Nguyễn Thái Bình sits a vegetarian oasis: wood tables, a glass wall onto the garden, and a plant-based kitchen — from the vegetable bouquets once delivered to doors to today’s rolls, claypots and hotpot.

A big glass wall opens onto the garden — indoors that feels outdoors, daylight by day, warm bulbs at night.
Mushrooms, tofu, mock meats and fresh vegetables cooked the Vietnamese way — rolls, claypots, hotpot and noodle soups for the whole table to share.
The bouquet logo on the menu cover remembers how the shop began — vegetable bouquets delivered to doors, now a table to gather around.

Claypot & hotpot
Smoking claypot eggplant, glass noodles with eggplant and mushroom, then the glass Lẩu Mam pot in the middle of the table — dishes made to share, fresh greens piled high.
