Chapter 01
The unmarked stairs
There is no sign on Pasteur. Angels' Share hides up an unmarked stairway in alley 178 — guests find it the old way: someone who has been tells someone who hasn't.
Story

Chapter 02
In every whisky warehouse, a fraction of each cask evaporates through the oak — distillers call it the angels' share. The bar takes its name, and its patience, from that slow disappearance.

Chapter 03
Ninety-nine Google reviews and a full room most nights — Angels' Share stays small, low-lit and deliberately quiet, the way its regulars like it.
