The shop tried many coffees before settling on Intenso — not just good, but a coffee that could stay for the long run, with new flavour profiles following modern coffee trends. Beyond the machine, there is hand brew: seasonal V60 pour-over, once praised by a guest as very carefully prepared from Thai beans.
