Curry-licious
Curry-licious SAIGON
A long, bright, casual dining hall at 9 Công trường Lam Sơn: a corrugated ceiling painted in the colours of the Indian flag, a black Ashoka Chakra medallion at its centre, dark wood tables, green banquettes, and a neon steaming-handi-pot logo.

Finding it
The CURRY–licious sign, number 9
The narrow shophouse front: a teal CURRY script, a red –licious script, yellow INDIAN RESTAURANT block capitals, and a round red curry-pot logo sign. The ground floor has a dark awning and glass doors.

The signature
The flag-coloured ceiling and the Ashoka Chakra
The corrugated-metal ceiling is painted saffron, white and green — the colours of the Indian flag — with a large black Ashoka Chakra medallion at its centre. It is the first thing you notice walking into the long dining hall.
In the evening
The neon handi-pot and the bar
On the wall glows the neon steaming-handi-pot Curry-licious SAIGON logo, above green banquettes with patterned cushions and yellow LED strips under the wall-side tables. The bar carries cinema-style marquee boards — WINE IMPROVES WITH AGE / WE IMPROVE WITH WINE — and vertical SHRABI THAN EVER neon.
