Dulce — cakes in the Bàn Cờ alley

have a sweet day

Dulce de Saigon is a bakery focused on high-quality comfort desserts — made carefully, made beautifully, and hidden down an alley.

The way in is part of the experience: deep into the 382/15 alley, past plant-filled balconies and tangled wires, to terrazzo tables and a pastel pastry case.

The pastry case is the center: choux, opera cake, banana cheesecake, miso cookies — every cake a comfort dessert, made to a high standard.

And housemade focaccia: the caprese with pistachio pesto and burrata — the bakery is also a lunch spot.
