Story
Hoa Túc means the poppy flower
The original Hai Bà Trưng restaurant is usually crowded. The Ngô Thời Nhiệm branch came later and quieter — and kept everything the restaurant is known for.
Hoa Túc cooks Vietnamese food the contemporary way: familiar ingredients and flavours, presented and combined with a new spirit. The menu runs from leaf-wrapped starters to cubed beef, from sour shrimp soup to the three-kind sweet soup.
The Ngô Thời Nhiệm branch sits at the back of a modest courtyard, with seating inside and outside, plus an upstairs room. Guests who have eaten at both restaurants say the same thing: same ownership, same menu, but more relaxing here.
Lunch brings the set lunch; evenings are for the signatures, eaten slowly. Groups over 10 should call the hotline ahead.
