A white wood-grain and stone facade: bold red 3D HỒNG PHÁT channel letters, gold “Since 1975” script, red “293” numerals, perforated white pillars, an upper terrace with a white balustrade, potted plants and a pink-and-white flowering tree. At street level: parked motorbikes, the branded “Ice Cream HỒNG PHÁT” cart and patio umbrella tables.

The signature
A white noodle-strand ceiling over woven rattan
The ceiling is the signature: draped white noodle-like fiber strands over woven-rattan panels, with warm wall sconces, framed vintage black-and-white photos, a large hand-drawn noodle mural (shrimp, pork, chopsticks, greens) and a condiment station of pickled chilies and jars.
The specialty
Dry mixed noodles, steamed buns, the kids’ set
The glass bowl of dry mixed noodles with a large prawn, pork, quail egg and fried shallots; the large steamed bun in its bamboo steamer; the kids’ noodle set for little ones. The standing drinks board reads “LOCAL CRAFT BEER” and “COCKTAIL”.
