Mustard gold
Mustard-gold walls, clay-pot sconces, tassel pendants, wooden tables, red velvet chairs — warm light, never white light.
Story
THE INDIAN BISTRO — INTERNATIONAL FLAVORS, INDIAN SOUL
An Indian bistro in the heart of Saigon: international flavors, Indian soul — and a room proud of everything it sets on the table.
Step inside and the room is golden: a mustard-gold textured wall, rows of clay-pot sconces, tassel pendants, wooden tables, red velvet chairs and a dark banquette. Nothing showy — just warm, comfortably busy, and always lit for a long dinner.
The chef plates every dish like a story: curry in a copper pot with a cream swirl, thali spreads with small copper bowls, garlic naan and chili-cheese naan with pink and green chutneys. Burrata Makai Palak is the house signature — a classic Indian dish, elevated.
The bistro has two doors and one unmistakable selling point: Balcony View seating on the 62 Le Thanh Ton side. Weekends bring events, a craft-beer collaboration and chef-plating clips — a place that likes to be celebrated, not to stand still.
