Nê began in Hanoi — the bar that created the phở cocktail and stood at #76 on Asia's 50 Best Bars 2021. The Saigon room at 109 Le Thanh Ton carries the same three-movement menu and the same long counter south.
Chapter 02
The phở cocktail
The Hanoi original created the phở cocktail — a drink inspired by the bowl of phở, served in a bowl and taken with chopsticks. It is the house signature in both cities.
Chapter 03
The Saigon room
At 109 Le Thanh Ton, the room runs along one long counter under a wood-framed, violet-lit canopy — quiet, minimal, and built around watching the bartenders work. The original's three-movement menu comes with it.
