NOI — fire, and soul

PREMIUM WOOD FIRE DINING · LEVEL 3 · UNION SQUARE

dinner by the fire

NOI is a premium Mediterranean restaurant and bar, designed for those who savor both sophistication and soul.

On Level 3 of Union Square, NOI puts wood fire at the center: premium meats and fresh seafood cooked over open flames, where smoke and char give the dish its depth.

The room carries the kitchen's warmth too: warm tones, low lighting, the glow of the grill — a place intimate enough for a private evening and lively enough for gatherings.

Pasta, dry-aged meat, seafood and wine: NOI's Mediterranean menu does not show off — it lets fire do fire's work.

Dry-aged

Meat dry-aged, then grilled over wood fire for a deep char and layered flavor — the fire kitchen's main event.

The room

Glass birds and copper

A glass-bird ceiling, a copper open kitchen, olive chairs — a room as warm and refined as the food.
