The gold roundel

Throughout the hall is the gold-on-black roundel “PASTEUR STREET CRAFT BEER” with a building illustration — on coasters, glass stickers, posters and a table standee. One coaster reads “10 YEARS CHEERS · 2015–2025”.

The signature

The red steel hall, dome lights

Red-painted steel I-beams and columns carry a pitched glass-and-steel roof; rows of caged metal dome pendants hang down the hall. Brick and concrete-block walls carry framed photos and beer posters; copper pipes run along the service counter; black-framed windows fold open. Tall leafy plants line the walls, red flag bunting strung across the open ceiling.

Beer flights on wooden paddles

Beer comes as flights of 4–6 small tasters on wooden paddles: pale hazy yellow, golden, amber and dark stout pours. The handwritten flight card lists Passion Fruit, Chanh Muối, Tropical Seltzer, Kolsch, Pomelo — plus Cyclo Stout on the wall poster. Ask at the counter for prices.
