A red steel beer hall on Ngô Thời Nhiệm: dome pendants, flag bunting, flights on wooden paddles, and evenings full of friends.
The taproom is a long high-ceilinged converted-industrial hall at 23A Ngô Thời Nhiệm. Red-painted steel I-beams and columns carry a pitched glass-and-steel roof; rows of caged metal dome pendants hang above long wooden communal tables with brown leather-upholstered chairs in black metal frames, plus leather banquettes. Brick and concrete-block walls carry framed photos and beer posters, copper pipes run along the service counter, black-framed windows fold open, and tall leafy plants line the walls.
Beer is the point: flights of 4–6 small taster glasses on wooden paddles, from pale hazy yellow through golden and amber to dark stout. The handwritten flight card names Passion Fruit, Chanh Muối, Tropical Seltzer, Kolsch and Pomelo; a wall poster names Cyclo Stout — robust, complex, strong, ABV 13%, IBU 55. The gold-on-black roundel is everywhere: coasters, glass stickers, posters, a table standee — and one coaster reads “10 YEARS CHEERS · 2015–2025”.
In the evening the hall fills with groups of young friends, Vietnamese and mixed groups, under warm amber light, ceiling fans and wall sconces, red flag bunting strung across the open ceiling. The mood is social and loud in the best beer-hall way — long tables, shared platters, flights passed along the table.
