The ground floor is only a narrow entrance with a staircase up; the stairwell carries a “Welcome to 2F” poster. On the sidewalk are sandwich boards advertising açaí — “BETTER AÇAÍ THIS WAY!”, “açaí bliss / IT'S WHAT WE DO”, “WE HAVE BEST AÇAÍ UPSTAIRS!”. Overhead is the wooden slatted box sign: gold ROOTS lettering, a green-leaf sprout mark and “PLANT-BASED CAFÉ” with “2F 113-115 Ly Tu Trong”. Potted plants and a small lantern stand by the door.

A wood-slat ceiling carries rows of woven rattan dome pendants; tall palms in planters stand through the room and hanging greenery drops between them in strong daylight from high windows. White corrugated and wood walls, a large grey tile floor. Down the middle runs the long wooden communal table — shared seating for lunch guests, laptop workers and breakfast crowds — with smaller wooden tables and chairs around it. At the back is the counter with wooden shelving, menu boards, glass display cases for pastries and cakes and drinks fridges; the serving paper is printed with the house sprout-logo pattern.

Açaí, breakfast bowls and plant-based plates
Açaí is what the café advertises right on the sidewalk — açaí and dragon-fruit bowls with fruit, chia, granola, coconut and mint, served in coconut bowls.
