SUSHIWAY · PHẠM NGỌC THẠCH
One long, narrow, bright dining hall at 6A Phạm Ngọc Thạch: a full-width glass sliding-door storefront with a white noren printed with blue Japanese characters, two parallel rows of light-wood tables, a wood-slat ceiling with black spotlights, navy seigaiha wave noren across the ceiling beams, wave-shaped wall niches and teal-rimmed round mirrors. Bright, airy, social — a modern family-style Japanese restaurant with theatrical tableside presentations.

Finding it
The glass front with its white noren
The storefront is a full-width glass sliding door, topped by a white noren printed with blue Japanese characters; through the glass come daylight, the street, and potted orchids and plants on the exterior ledge. Inside, two rows of light-wood tables run the length of the hall, set with white round plates, small white soy dishes, chopsticks and white ceramic teapots.

The signature
The smoking 9-compartment sushi box
The restaurant's showpiece tableside presentation: a 9-compartment wooden box of colourful sushi and mochi pieces with edible flowers, served billowing with dry-ice vapour at the table. Salmon sashimi on ice often sits beside it.
The room
One long hall, bright and social
A wood-slat lattice ceiling, warm-white LED coves running the length of both walls in a wave pattern, porthole-style round mirrors with teal rims, wave-shaped niches with small floral arrangements — cream walls, glossy light tile floor, natural-wood tables with curved-back chairs. No sushi counter, no private rooms and no outdoor seating appear in the recorded evidence.
The room & the food
Waves, portholes and full tables
