A list to read slowly

France on the table, candlelight beside the glass.

Tipsy Wine Bar is a French-style wine bar on Lê Thánh Tôn, and its story is told through its list: French wines by the glass and by the bottle, read at window tables in a warm, candlelit room of deep red walls.

The list is the room's centre of gravity — a FRANCE wine map open on a wood table, a by-the-glass board on the wall, couples reading at a window table with a candle in a bottle and a single red rose.

Around the list sits the rest of the room: a glass street front, a small terrace of rattan bistro chairs, framed French art on the walls, fresh flowers on the tables.

The record carries no owner statement, so nothing is claimed about why the room opened — what it shows is the room itself, exactly as its own photos present it: red walls, framed art, candle bottles, roses.
