Food trays piled like mountains
On the shop's pushcart, the food trays are stacked high — fried eggs, pork-skin egg loaf, quail-egg meatballs, pork skin, braised pork with egg, lemongrass fried chicken, grilled pork belly. Every tray generous and inviting.
5pm to midnight, every day
Evening shift only — the cart rolls out around 5–6pm and the ribs grill till late. About 50kg of meat a night, 400+ plates.
