Keeping Vietnamese heritage warm

A 10-YEAR JOURNEY · HANOI OLD QUARTER — SAIGON

Founded in 2015 under Hoang Trinh Vuong Co., Ltd, 3T is called a “rough diamond” in the heart of magnificent Saigon — bringing the unique flavour of Old Quarter egg coffee south, in a nostalgic space filled with the essence of the past.

Every egg coffee here is made slowly, unhurried. Fresh eggs whipped truly silky, joined with specialty beans for a bold phin drip — the clean bitterness of coffee, the sweet richness of egg, an aroma that wakes every sense.

At Ngô Văn Năm, 3T wears a different persona: more refined and elegant, a grand yet inviting exterior among international brands. Inside, wood and leather, dark glazed or patterned tile, evoke the warm, upscale spaces of 1990s Saigon — and the building's height creates distinct seating levels, from quiet nooks to vibrant social areas, up to a pretty decorated rooftop.

Marking “1 Decade of Full Vietnamese Heritage Flavour”, 3T launched an inspired new cup design, drawn from the red thermos: “The thermos keeps the heat — 3T keeps the heritage taste”. Each coffee is not just a drink but a “heritage gift box” wrapping the devotion to keeping Vietnamese identity.
