Mornings at Au Patio start with toasted bread, eggs and granola — then stretch all day through sandwiches, gratin, lasagna and quiche, to the Tuesday–Friday set lunch.

Midday is the house's busiest hour: patio tables under the floral arch, mimosa and aperol spritz raised under the 'One Mimosa At A Time' neon.

And the house's signature crossover: phở bò tartare — phở meets tartare, with phở spices, phở vinaigrette and coconut sesame rice crackers.
