The restaurant is on Level 3, the Nguyễn Huệ branch — at street level there is a commercial block and no B3 sign of its own. Through the glass doors is the terracotta arch lobby with its chandelier and host counter, then the dining rooms.

The signature
Brick arches and amber LED strips
One dining hall has a long brick arch colonnade with integrated amber LED strips, large amber dome pendants, clusters of small Edison bulbs and a wagon-wheel ring chandelier — dim, warm, intimate light. Cognac leather armchairs, mustard chairs, dark green banquettes and red leather chairs around dark wood tables.

Wooden boards, sauce boats and red wine
Medium-rare sliced beef on wooden boards, with sauce boats, salads, grilled tomato halves and roasted garlic; mashed potatoes in a skillet, a baked gratin in a skillet, bread and soup. In the evening the dining room is busy, warm and lively.
