Story
Wine Bar & Grill · District 1 · 68 Nguyễn Huệ, Level 3
B3 Steakhouse has no street-level front of its own — the house signature is inside, on Level 3: the B3 STEAKHOUSE sign with WINE BAR & GRILL beneath, dark and red letters on the terracotta wall behind the bar.
The restaurant occupies Level 3 at 68 Nguyễn Huệ, District 1, with several rooms and zones: a windowed main dining room looking out on green trees, a set-table room with arches to the bar counter, and a glass-door entrance lobby with a host counter. Tables are set with placemats, glassware, napkins in rattan holders and salt and pepper mills; potted palms and red napkin holders throughout.
On the table: sliced beef on wooden boards with sauce boats, salads, grilled tomato halves and roasted garlic, plus mashed potatoes and a baked gratin in skillets. The house describes its grilling as Japanese binchotan charcoal grilling — that is the house's own description, not an independently verified fact.
The atmosphere is described as amazing, the staff welcoming; quiet daytime hours give way to a busy evening dining room, couples and small groups under warm light as the windows darken. The restaurant opens every day from 15:00 to 23:00 — a warm, intimate steakhouse evening on Level 3.

Exposed brick arches, arch-framed doorways, amber dome pendants, Edison bulb clusters and a ring chandelier — dim, warm, intimate light over dark wood tables and leather chairs.
Medium-rare sliced beef, sauce boats, salads, grilled tomato halves, roasted garlic; mashed potatoes and baked gratin in skillets, bread, soup and bone marrow.
