The DIY roll spread is Mama Cuốn's signature: rice paper, boiled pork belly, lettuce and herbs on red plates, dipped in Central-style mắm nêm. Both the grand-opening spread and the reviewer's table show the same spread — this is not a side dish, it is how the room eats.
