Chapter 01

A garage that pours

Gears, gauges, rivets and dark steel — the steampunk at Mechanic is not a decorated corner but the whole room, from the copper-clad counter to the ceiling. The workshop idea is carried all the way through.

Chapter 02

Coffee by day

Most bars sleep until evening; Mechanic opens in the morning with a coffee shift on the same workshop floor. In daylight the room reads as a characterful café — then the lights drop and the shift changes completely.

Chapter 03

Built to taste, by night

The night shift skips the printed list: the bartenders ask your taste and build the drink around it — the phở cocktail is the signature, house kombucha-style infusions the craft behind the counter. No two evenings at this counter are exactly alike.
