The layers
Every pastry is many thin layers stacked — just like the name mille mille, “a thousand layers”. Precise temperature, masterful folds, and plenty, plenty of butter.
Boutique bakery · Trần Cao Vân
BUTTER · LAYERS · GARDEN
Tucked down an alley on Trần Cao Vân is a big, bright bakery: a tree-shaded garden terrace, a pastry counter beneath a giant croissant hanging from the ceiling, a black spiral stair up to the mezzanine — and golden, flaky, buttery croissants, baked fresh every day.

Three layers of the shop
Every pastry is many thin layers stacked — just like the name mille mille, “a thousand layers”. Precise temperature, masterful folds, and plenty, plenty of butter.
Beneath the giant croissant hanging from the ceiling sits a colourful counter: filled croissants, éclairs, tarts, macarons and chilled mille crepes.
A tree-shaded garden terrace with stone benches, small tables and natural light — generous outdoor seating for friend groups, families, or a long work session.
