Butter
Plenty, plenty of butter
Precise temperature and masterful folds — that is how the layers turn golden and flaky.
Story
“Our story begins in the kitchen with a heart full of dreams, flour, and plenty of butter.” That is how Mille Mille tells its own story — and how this bakery bakes, every day.

The secret to a perfect croissant? It lies in the precision of temperature, the mastery of every fold, the endless passion of the Mille Mille team, and of course, plenty, plenty, plenty of butter. Alongside the golden, flaky, butter-rich croissants sits a refined world of chilled desserts.
The boutique store on Trần Cao Vân is where that story becomes a room: a shop tucked down an alley, spacious, with a garden, soft chairs for long sits — a calm stop in the heart of District 3.

A thousand layers
From croissants to mille crepes to éclairs — every item is layered, and every layer has its own flavour.
Down the alley
The shop sits down an alley, so it is a little hidden and hard to find — but inside it is spacious, with a garden terrace and a mezzanine.
