By day — the gallery
Doors open at 09:00. Art hangs in the same room as the bar, and tea is served in natural light — a daytime visit is a different experience entirely.

Shuzo Nagumo's tea-cocktail laboratory and art space — a quiet gallery by day, precision drinks by night.
Two rooms, one address
ÔMM opens at 09:00 — unusually early for a bar. In the morning this first floor is an art space: work on the walls, tea in the daylight. By night the same room runs as a laboratory, where tea is centrifuged, distilled and built into drinks with Tokyo precision.

After dark, Nagumo's methods take over: centrifugation for clarity, vacuum distillation for aroma — tea and produce treated like lab material before they meet the glass.
On the counter
Three frames to open: the two signatures the room is known for, and a front-row seat to watch the laboratory work.
The signature built on Lishan oolong — high-mountain, clear and delicately aromatic, worked with Nagumo's laboratory technique.
A roasted, sparkling serve — the name guests repeat most when they talk about ÔMM.
Take a table in the room and face the counter — every spin, distillation and pour happens in front of you.
The room
A first floor above a convenience store — and one of District 1's quietest rooms.
