Menu

Four chapters, four letters

Emme publishes no priced menu online — and the bar's whole printed menu is a love story. Below is its structure and the drinks the bar is documented for, not a complete list.

The E-M-M-E structure

Four chapters of one love story

E — the meeting; M — dating and marrying; M — a lifetime together; E — the toast to love. Emme's menu is arranged to that rhythm, and each edition's cover carries a rotating poem by resident poet Tin.

Sourced within 20 km

Per the bar, ingredients are sourced within roughly 20 km of the room — Cho Dau Moi Binh Dien is the main source — so the menu stays Saigonese in the literal sense.

Signature

The named signatures

Love Is a Game

The bar's roselle gin serve — one of the signatures guests name most often in reviews.

Something's Burning

The smoked serve Truc dedicated to Dung, the bar's head bartender — a tribute written straight into the menu.

Just The Two of Us

A signature named jointly by the bar's regulars and its bartender — a drink for two, exactly as titled.

Isn't She Lovely

The bourbon-based serve the counter made for one regular — another signature born from a real person in this room.

On prices

The bar publishes no price list online. Call the number on the Visit page to book; the printed menu at the bar prices each drink by chapter.
